Community & Review Guidelines

TrustAjent works when people share honest, first-hand experiences. These guidelines keep the community useful, fair, and safe for everyone.

1. Be honest and first-hand

Only review agents you have personally dealt with. Do not post on someone else's behalf, and do not invent or exaggerate experiences.

2. Be specific and fair

• Describe what actually happened — facts over insults.
• Rate each dimension (honesty, responsiveness, fee transparency, property accuracy) honestly.
• Attach proof when you can; it strengthens your review and helps our team verify it.

3. No abuse or harassment

No threats, hate speech, slurs, or personal attacks. Criticise conduct, not character.

4. No private information

Do not post phone numbers, home addresses, or other people's private details. Reviews containing phone numbers or links are automatically flagged for moderation.

5. One review per transaction

Do not post multiple reviews for the same agent to inflate or damage a rating. Coordinated or paid reviews are not allowed.

6. Moderation

All reviews are reviewed by our team before they appear publicly, typically within 24 hours. We may edit titles, redact private information, or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

7. Agent right of reply

Verified agents may post one public reply beneath any review. Agents who believe a review is false can request removal through our Right of Reply process.

8. Consequences

Users who repeatedly violate these guidelines may lose the ability to post or have their account suspended. We may also remove content and report unlawful activity to the authorities where appropriate.
