Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrustAjent website and services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

TrustAjent is operated by Timmex Synergy in conjunction with Bonzee Consulting. The Platform helps Nigerians discover, review, and report real-estate agents based on first-hand client experiences.

2. Who may use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the reviews, reports, replies, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You agree that Your Content is truthful, based on your own first-hand experience, and does not violate any law or third-party right.

• You may not post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• You may not post another person's private information (phone numbers, addresses, ID details).
• You may not use the Platform to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• You may not post multiple reviews for the same transaction to manipulate a rating.

You grant TrustAjent a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display Your Content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting it.

4. Reviews and moderation

Reviews reflect the personal experience of the reviewer, not the opinion of TrustAjent. All reviews are moderated before they appear publicly, typically within 24 hours. We may edit titles, redact private information, or remove reviews that violate our Community & Review Guidelines.

5. Agent profiles

Agent profiles may be created by the community or by agents themselves. Profile information is provided for identification only. TrustAjent does not verify property ownership, availability, or the truth of every claim, and a profile is not an endorsement.

6. Agent right of reply

Verified agents may post one public reply beneath any review. Agents who believe a review is false may request removal through our Right of Reply process.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustAjent and its operators are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any review, profile, or report. Always conduct your own due diligence before making a financial or legal commitment.

8. Suspensions and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
