Dispute a Review / Right of Reply

Last updated: September 2026

TrustAjent gives every agent a fair voice. If a review has been published about you, you have two options: post a public reply, or request removal.

1. Post a public reply

Verified agents can post one public reply beneath any review on their profile. Replies must be factual and respectful — no personal attacks, accusations, or private information. A reply is a chance to give your side, not to retaliate.

2. Request review removal

If a review is false, fraudulent, or violates our guidelines, you can ask us to remove it. Email us with:

  • Your name, phone number, and a link to your TrustAjent profile.
  • The review you are disputing (copy the text or include the link).
  • The reason: e.g. you never worked with the reviewer, the facts are fabricated, it contains private data, or it is retaliation.
  • Any supporting evidence (receipts, messages, agreements).

3. What we do

Our team reviews disputes within 5 business days. We may remove the review, redact part of it, or leave it up with your reply attached. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative — only where they are false or break our guidelines.

4. Get verified to reply

Only verified agents can post public replies. Learn how to get verified, or submit a dispute by email using the button below.
